Our Excellence

A Philosophy of Care That Inspires Success

Lisa believes that therapy is not simply about improving a skill—it’s about unlocking meaningful communication, strengthening connections, and building confidence. Whether working with a young child just beginning to talk or an adult recovering communication skills later in life, Lisa’s approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of developmental and neurological processes.

She understands that therapy can be challenging—not just for the individual, but for the whole family. This empathy shapes her practice, guiding her to create positive, encouraging environments where clients feel safe to take risks, practice new skills, and celebrate achievements.

Our Excellence

Family‑Centered and Educational Approach

Lisa has made an incredible effort to provide education, coaching, and strengthen families. She believes that all therapy should happen after the end of a scheduled session; it should occur continuously throughout your child’s lifetime until they become adults; both in their homes, schools and within their communities. Studies from researchers and clinicians show that not only do children flourish more when their parents/family participate fully within the scope of what their child learns; but adults reach higher levels of success too.
